Yves St-Arnaud
Yves St-Arnaud is the President and owner of Stay Technologies Inc.
He holds a Project Management Professional certificate (PMP) and has attained the ITIL® Expert Level in IT service management.
He has been involved with the ITIL® Framework for more than 12 years and has been instrumental in the launching of ITSMF Projects for many organizations and is one of the founding Board members of various ITSMF Branches. He has trained individuals from more than 100 organizations and his dynamic style ensures maximum benefits from any course he provides.
Yves’s realistic approach to ITSMF provides an engaging insight into the ITIL® Framework from both a senior executive business perspective as well as a “hands on” operational viewpoint.
Valérie St-Arnaud
MST support, and marketing/communication for Stay Technologies Inc.
She is on her way for completion of her BAC with honours specializing in communication. Having worked for Statistics Canada prior to Stay Technologies, she has had many experiences in the support of web-based applications such as Canadian Automated Export Declaration (CAED) which allows you to file export declarations online. To be able to support MST, she will use her expertise to respond to any concerns or enquiries. She is fully bilingual and she has created the bilingual MST User Guide. She has also customized MST (Managing Services Tool) and, as a result she is well prepared to answer all of your questions. As we reach our full potential she is dedicated in restructuring and maintaining our website.
Elmo Artero
Elmo will be dealing with all the financial matters, including consultant’stimesheets and invoices.
Prior to Stay Technologies Inc., Elmo was in charge of finance in his previous job. He hasmany years of experience in this field. He is very trust worthy and honest. He is always on top of things and works very hard in the finance section of our business. As a team member Elmo is always dedicated in keeping our environment a stress free zone. As being excellent in what he does, we trust him to take care of all our financial matters; as he has proven to be very meticulous about each enquiry so far.
Eric Savard
Manager, Operations and Training Services, Stay Technologies inc.
Reporting to the President and CEO, he coordinates day-to-day operations, answer business related questions and act as the single point of contact for Stay Technologies’ office related issues. He acts as an Account Executive to Stay’s Clients for the provision of ITSM and ITIL® Training. He plans, organizes and manages all of the class-based training for Stay and its’ affiliate re-sellers.Providing the production of the Students kits and shipping of thereof, he also coordinates all travel and living arrangements for Trainers and Consultants having to travel outside the NCR to provide our Professional Services and Training.As the Training Coordinator he also supports the Accounting Department in providing financial information for timely submission of invoices and payments.
