    ITIL® Intermediate Capability Courses

     

    The Service Capability series is of interest to those who seek deeper understanding of specific IT Service Management processes, process activities, and the execution and use of these processes throughout the Lifecycle.

     

     

    ITIL® Intermediate Capability :  Release, Control and Validation (RCV) Course

     

    Duration :  5 days

    Pre-requisites :  ITIL® Foundation Certificate

    Exam syllabi :  There will be a practice exam, and a case study

    Suggested study hours : 10 to 14 hours of study

     

    This 5-day course immerses learners in the practical aspects of the ITIL® v3 Service Lifecycle and processes associated with the Release, Control and Validation of services and service delivery. The main focus of this course is on the operational-level process activities and supporting methods and approaches to executing these processes in a practical, hands-on learning environment. This training is intended to enable the holders of the certificate to apply the practices during the Service Management Lifecycle. This course is designed using an engaging scenario-based approach to learning the core disciplines of the ITIL best practice and positions the student to successfully complete the associated exam.

    ITIL® Intermediate Capability :  Operational Support and Analysis (OSA) Course

     

    Duration :  5 days

    Pre-requisites :  ITIL® Foundation Certificate

    Exam syllabi  :  There will be a practice exam, and a case study

    Suggested study hours : 10 to 14 hours of study

     

    This 5-day course immerses learners in the practical aspects of the ITIL® v3 Service Lifecycle and processes associated with the Operational Support and Analysis of services and service delivery. The main focus of this course is on the operational-level process activities and supporting methods and approaches to executing these processes in a practical, hands-on learning environment. This training is intended to enable the holders of the certificate to apply the practices in resolution and support of the Service Management Lifecycle. This course is designed using an engaging scenario-based approach to learning the core disciplines of the ITIL best practice and positions the student to successfully complete the associated exam.

     

     

    ITIL® Intermediate Capability :  Service Offerings and Agreements (SOA) Course

     

    Duration :  5 days

    Pre-requisites :  ITIL® Foundation Certificate

    Exam syllabi  :  There will be a practice exam, and a case study

    Suggested study hours : 10 to 14 hours of study

     

    This 5-day course immerses learners in the practical aspects of the ITIL® v3 Service Lifecycle and processes associated with the Service Offerings and Agreements of services and service delivery. The main focus of this course is on the operational-level process activities and supporting methods and approaches to executing these processes in a practical, hands-on learning environment. This training is intended to enable the holders of the certificate to apply the practices during the Service Management Lifecycle. This course is designed using an engaging scenario-based approach to learning the core disciplines of the ITIL best practice and positions the student to successfully complete the associated exam.



    ITIL® Intermediate Capability :  Planning, Protection, and Optimization (PPO) Course

     

    Duration :  5 days

    Pre-requisites :  ITIL® Foundation Certificate

    Exam syllabi  :  There will be a practice exam, and a case study

    Suggested study hours : 10 to 14 hours of study

     

    This course immerses participants in the practical aspects of the ITIL v3 Service Lifecycle and the processes associated with Planning, Protection, and Optimization (PPO). The main focus of this course is on the operational-level process activities for Capacity Management, Availability Management, IT Service Continuity Management, Information Security Management, and Demand Management. The course further teaches Critical Success Factors and supporting methods and approaches to executing these processes in a practical, hands-on learning environment.



    ITIL® Intermediate Capability :  Managing Across the Lifecycle Qualification (MALC) Course

     

    Duration :  5 days

    Pre-requisites :  ITIL® Foundation Certificate

    Exam syllabi  : There will be a practice exam, and a case study

    Suggested study hours : 10 to 14 hours of study

      

    The Managing Across the Lifecycle (MALC) certificate is the final module of the Service Lifecycle and/or Service Capability Intermediate courses that leads to the ITIL Expert level in IT Service Management. This course immerses participants in the contents of the ITIL v3 publications, focusing on business, management, and supervisory objectives, purpose, processes, functions, activities, and on the interfaces and interactions between the processes covered in the Service Lifecycle. This course is designed using an engaging, scenario-based approach to learning the core disciplines of the ITIL best practice and positions the participant to successfully complete the associated exam.
