The Service Lifecycle series of courses are of interest to those who wish to understand the full Service Lifecycle, the use of processes and practices, and the management capabilities that are needed to deliver quality Service Management practices in an organization.
ITIL® Intermediate Lifecyle : Service Strategy Course
Duration : 3 days
Pre-requisites : ITIL® Foundation Certificate
Exam syllabi : There will be a practice exam, and a case study
Suggested study hours : 20 to 22 hours of study
This 3-day course immerses learners in the overall concepts, processes, policies and methods associated with the Service Strategy phase of the Service Lifecycle. The course covers the management and control of the activities and techniques within the Service Strategy stage, but not the detail of each of the supporting processes. This course is designed using an engaging scenario-based approach to learning the core disciplines of the ITIL best practice and positions the student to successfully complete the associated exam.
ITIL® Intermediate Lifecyle : Service Transition Course
